- Check to see if your device is eligible for the latest Android OS
- If your device is not eligible, check with the manufacturer about updates
- Go to Settings > About Phone/Tablet > System Updates
- Tap on “Check Now” and follow the prompts
- You may need to connect your phone or tablet to a Wi-Fi network in order for an update to downloadÂ
- Once downloaded, tap on “Install now” and follow the promptsÂ
- Reboot your phone or tablet when prompted by tapping on “Restart now”
